I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Terso Solutions in Mar 2021
Interview
The process was very chaotic. I ended up talking to around 8 different people through the entire interview process including the recruiter who sent me the job.
The questions asked during the technical stage of the interview were completely unrelated to most aspects of the job and instead riddles.
The business people who you interview with hold their nose up a bit at you and are the ones asking the riddles. I don't recommend interviewing with them for this reason alone as it seems like there's too many captains driving the ship.
Also state their architecture cannot be broken down into micro services so have an army of EC2 instances to manage.
