I got a 30 minute phone interview from the department manager. He asked me some questions about my education and professional background at first. Then he let me to describe my experience about fuel cell testing in my resume; and asked many questions about the details in the project. The details he cared most are all technical ones, like the physical meaning of some parameters and the battery knowledge. Then he asked me something about my other experience about lithium ion batteries.
