I applied online. I interviewed at Tesla (Honolulu, HI) in Aug 2024
Interview
Both, the in person at location and then virtual interview with regional director were great! Very enjoyable and interesting. However, after the job offer the recruiter came in picture...Hard negotiations...Low Ball offer...Pressure to accept their first offer on the spot! over 9 phone calls from the recruiter within the first day of sending the conditional offer!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Tesla (Carlsbad, CA) in Oct 2020
Interview
Talked to two recruiters before meeting the hiring managers on a virtual meeting. Really nice. A lot of customer support theoretical questions about how I would handle certain scenarios such as angry customers
