Phone interview, 2 in person interviews. If you're a millenial, you're most likely to be hired. However I was very turned off because when I inquired about their training program all they told me was that you watch a few videos and I already knew that thanks to Glassdoor.

Very easy-going, I love the culture of the company and their products. The interviewer explained everything the salary didn’t match up though. I would recommend this for somebody entry-level. I love what they stand for.
