Went through two calls with people on the team and brought on for an onsite interview. I was asked to make a presentation and was interviewed by multiple people afterwards. Everyone was very friendly.
Process took too long due to constant rescheduling meetings and questions irrelevant to the job and more focus on how "motivated" I am to do extra work for the position
