I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Tesla
Interview
Had many interviews but they never felt like an interview. They just kept asking if I had any questions for them about 3 minutes in and then would gush about Tesla. I never felt like I was being interviewed so wasn't sure how they were evaluating me and then they just kept giving me more interviews. Very bizarre experience and really put me off.
It was very well structured and I was well informed about the whole process from the beginning. All interviewers were really nice to me. I‘ve got a feeling that People Team is great, united and has enormous expertise.

My CV. Teamwork. Change management. Stakeholder management.
I received weeks after I've applied an email saying that I wasn't selected. I presume they receive a lot of applicants. I understand that there is no contact with the recruiter for the long list.

Interview
First blind interview with the recruiter for an HR position in Berlin. After the interview I was told they were going to schedule the second step but after a month no one contacted me so far. I also asked for updates but they ghosted me.
