I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Tesla in Apr 2017
Interview
I had two phone interviews with manager and mentor, interview was usual tech interview, resume questions as well as a few specific questions regarding supply chain and supply chain engineering.
The interview process began with a phone call, followed by video interviews, and concluded with a virtual panel interview involving multiple interviewers. The interviewers were friendly, and the questions were straightforward. I received a verbal offer, but communication ceased for several weeks. Eventually, the offer was withdrawn an experience I found highly unprofessional!
My manager was very chill and very nice. She did not ask me tricky or hard questions or even technical questions. Be prepared to go through your resume and explain bullet points.
First HR email contact to book zoom meeting, then HR meeting about 30 min, the questions are standard.
But process are bit confusing, because after book time before HR meeting, I receive a noreply email of rejection letter, but meeting process as usual.
