Very long process. Took 4 interviews. One with recruiter, one with a manager and the with a panel then final manager. Took way too long to then be offered way under my current pay. They have tech 1-2-3 positions. Tech 2 is around the $27 an hour range.

What is a system you had to trouble shoot and what was the process you took?
