It was the worst interivew experience. The hiring manager was late, and I had to stay on the phone for 10 minutes until another person jumped in to interview me. The interivew was super awkward and apparently the other person didn't know what to ask. Didn't hear back anything after the interview, and there was no an HR involved in this process. The entire process is a mess and you continuously hear background noise throughout the interview process. It says something about their supply chain group.
I got an email first and immediately got a call from the HR who enquired about my background and set up an interview with the hiring manager. The telephonic interview with the hiring manager was very smooth. I was asked about my supply chain experience.
