Straightforward, 2 interviews. One over the phone and one in person with a few managers from different teams under the same department. Business casual setting but the managers made me feel welcomed and comfortable.
First, you have to go to website and fill in your information as well as attaching your resume to the application, then you have to wait for the email from Tesla to see if you are selected for the next stage.

Microsoft Teams call with manager, was asked about experience and basic behavioral questions. The process was pretty laid back and not bad at all. They then got back to me in a week telling me I got the offer.
