The whole process took almost a month. I completed all three rounds and all the managers who interviewed me were giving me good feeling. They liked all my examples from my past experiences and even told me that it was a great example. They kept giving me impression that I’m a great match and my current role aligns with the role they need to fill. 2nd round: I took the time off from my current job for 5 hrs to interview with them and I received and email that they wanted to talk to me again. The 3rd zoom meeting happened and I waited for the final decision when they let me know I would know by end of the same week I had my final conversation with them. I waited and waited and didn’t hear back. I emailed the recruiter and there was no answer until 24hrs later. The recruiter let me know that I did not move forward. I waited for 6 days to find out I was rejected. If I didn’t reach out to her, I would be waiting for weeks to get my rejection email. I wish Tesla would let the candidate know if they moved forward or not after 2nd round. It’s really a waste of time that I spent almost a month in this entire recruiting process and prioritize them over my current job and they even delayed sending my rejection email. Not a great candidate experience overall
