Interview questions were standard, about strenghts and weaknesses. It was very informal and it felt like it was improvised on the spot. I first had an interview with the manager and then an interview with someone with the same role. They seemed to be in a rush to hire, because the entire procedure was done within 1 day.

I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Tesla (Zürich) in May 2023
Interview
1) brief call with the recruiter 2) call with a department lead, assessing the overall fit into the company and experience 3) call with the Hiring Manager discussing a business case + role-related knowledge 4) call with the organisation manager looking at values and fit into the company
I went all the way up to the final interview with hiring manager and team then was ghosted. Never heard back.... not the professionalism I was hoping for even after I followed back via email to the recruiter.
