Describe to me a time when you had to solve a problem really hard?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tesla (Sparks, NV) in Nov 2023
Interview
Not too bad, three people at the time and typical questions asked. Know your stuff, be curious, and know the position is for 12 hours on different shifts. Battery background is a plus and so is technician experience.
You will be interviewed by multiple quality team members form a supervisors, engineers and managers. You will have 10-15 minutes with each interviewer and the last minute will be an opportunity for you to ask questions. Ask a good question to leave a hood impression.
