Pretty fast process. During the first HR interview you know, in the end of the interview, if you are approved or not for the next steps.
Then , one week after my final interview with area manager I got the offer.

Interview with area manager depends in which are you are interviewing, can be specific questions about engineering background, HR and etc. The question the I got in my 4 interviews was : Why Tesla, and why you think you are a good fit for the company? "
