Very smooth and east going process that took maybe forty to fifty minutes to finish questions were straight forward and experience based so nothing unexpected or out of the ordinary was asked

What previous customer service roles have you had?
The interview process was irrelevant in the beginning. They made you take a test that didn't accurately assess your sales chops. They since got rid of that and have a better-streamlined process to help hire their sales staff.
forced to interview for the position already held. interview was at a starbuks and interviewer did not seem interested in meeting with me. then i never heard anything for 2 weeks until i got a call for an offer. by that time i had already accepted a position with another company
