Utterly unprofessional. They just look for less package. They don't bother much about your skill set. No HR process is set up. Completely unprofessional behavior from HR team and business head. Even before attending interview I had made clear about my expectations still they called me for an interview when they don't even have a budget no where near my expectations and more they have 3 months notice period that only on when they accept your resignation date not on submission date
