I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Teva Pharmaceuticals in Aug 2020
Interview
Interview was 3 steps. First with the recruiter, then the department director, then department manager. The interviews were all pretty basic with typical interview questions. Nothing out of the ordinary, very professional and all were over zoom.

I applied online. I interviewed at Teva Pharmaceuticals
Interview
The interview process was very good. I got to meet with team members as well as the hiring manager. I found it very helpful to meet with the team members so I could get a feel for how the day to day was like. Also had the opportunity to ask lots of questions.

I applied online. I interviewed at Teva Pharmaceuticals (Miami, FL) in Apr 2013
Interview
First interview with hiring manager: Very polite and professional. 1 hr. Job related questions. Second interview with HHRR Manager. Third interview with panel of 4 managers: Very rude and unprofessional. Hiring managers had other commitments and left interview during session. 3 out of 4 had other personal situations for which they abandoned interview. 1 additional manager via conference call could not listen and interact well with interviewee. As Managers were not invested in the hiring process, the relaxed atmosphere of leaving the site had a negative impact in interview outcome not granting the time for candidate to address questions in equality of conditions. Managers were neither polite nor welcoming. Specific questions about ERPs. It appeared Managers were fighting to keep their own jobs in competition with candidate. Final interview at different site with Finance head, same day, hours later. Upon arriving at site, interview was cancelled by secretary without further explanation of hiring manager or Company contact, leaving the impression that there was miscommunication in hiring process and parties. No final communication was ever given.
