Application got considered for interview. Asked me time slots for first round which I provided then they reschedule it for next week. in next week at scheduled call TA specialist informed me that sorry unfortunately we have selected internal candidate. why you guys take so long to consider your internal talent for your open position. I changed my priority for other task just because of interview so bit disappointed.
Application got considered. Asked suitable time slot which was provided and then reschedule interview for next week. On interview day TA specialist called me and told me they have selected internal candidate for the role. I changed my priority for the day just for interview and then I got disappointed. If you think your internal talent is suitable for the role then why to post the job on site. Inform in well advance that you people have selected internal candidate so we cant change our priority for the day. For recruiter it takes 5 min to say we selected some internal candidate but for job seeker it's complete waste of half day.
