Interview
Poor candidate experience. Completed standard phone screen with Recruiter. Was told that a formal panel interview would definitely be scheduled within the next week and then never heard back, despite following up.
In 2022, I interviewed with 5-6 people - all went great but then they had a hiring pause for all NA roles. In early 2023, the same role was posted, so I reached out to my contacts to see if there was still interest. After a lot of emails trying to find who was handling the role now, they set up a call with me ... only for the person to tell me in about 3 minutes that there was no interest in me for the role anymore. Honestly, an email would have done fine, and not raising my expectations over nothing.
