Phone interview. The people conducting the interview did not introduce themselves to me. One person began reading questions like a robot, and would reply with "Good" when I finished answering before reading the next question. They seemed over-worked and uninterested in interviewing me, which was frustrating because I was invited to interview and spent time preparing.

It was an overall great experience and had a great time working in a community with fellow aggies. It was a low pressure interview and the interviewer was very kind.
