      Pretty open and honest. I felt like the questions were fair and the interviewer was very kind and wanted genuine responses. The interview started with an online application and then everyone gets an interview to support equality and diversity. Two interviews and then you get selected or put on rolling acceptance.

      Application, Group Interview, Individual Interview Overall a very easy process but it did take a long time to receive information on next rounds of applicants, likely due to the large number of people who apply. They tell you you received the job and your dorm and room number around April every year.

      It was one personal interview and one group interview. It was very interesting and requires a lot of cooperation. They also teach you something in the interview and you are interview by other RA and supervisors. It happens on campus
