Was interviewed by one of the professors who headed the research project. She asked me a few questions regarding previous experience and a wage range. I was able to negotiate an acceptable hourly wage based on previous wages earned.

The questions were simple and we mostly went over my resume line by line. I received an offer later that day. The background check and onboarding took a week or two.
