      Entry Level Receptionist Interview

      Jul 14, 2015
      Anonymous employee
      College Station, TX
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Texas A&M University (College Station, TX) in Jun 2011

      Interview

Part 1 involved a three person panel of interviewers who sat across from the table. They asked rather easy questions, and the whole atmosphere was very relaxed. If you had a successful first interview, you were asked back for the group portion where you had to perform a bunch of "team building" style activities to test your humor, creativity, and ability to work with others. Various upper level student employees participated without our knowledge in order to perceive how applicants act when they think that nobody is directly supervising them. If you did well enough at the group portion, you were hired.
