The initial step was a 30-minute phone call to determine if I could potentially be a fit for the job and have the requisite qualifications.
This was followed by a formal interview one week later. I was asked to prepare a 20-minute presentation and the remaining 40 minutes were dedicated to questions by the committee. I was also given the opportunity to ask questions.
