Fairly quick process I must say, but my experience was not good. The recruiter said that manager loved my profile and would like to schedule an interview (and said we hence don’t even have to fully finish the initial HR round since manager liked me anyway) and scheduled technical interview for the very next day. Manager saw my profile “on the call with me” and said they’re looking for a more senior candidate and I just have 1 year experience so it’s not a good fit. The manager was a very decent person, btw, and so was the recruiter, but the process wasn’t the best of experiences.
