Straight forward process. One phone call with recruiter, teams call with hiring manager, then in person interview. Mostly questions about prior employer skills and explanation of what you will be doing in the role / which department you will be supporting.

Question 1
Tell me about CRM platforms used in prior position.
3 rounds of interviews with the team that concluded with an MD. Was not that hard and was focused on behavioral questions. Coming out of college, not much prep is required.
Short- was for the derivatives department. Employer reached out to me and assumed I knew everything about derivative markets. I asked what the role was from the beginning and was told not to worry because they would teach me everything.
Initial call with HR followed by 3 Teams interviews. Took quite a long time in between calls. All the people were very nice. Questions were a mix of behavioral and surface-level technicals. Nothing too hard.
