Two Phone interviews, HR and department head. In person interview with team head. Overall normal process. Not difficult, would recommend doing research on company and background of position. Didn’t get the job at the end.
3 rounds of interviews with the team that concluded with an MD. Was not that hard and was focused on behavioral questions. Coming out of college, not much prep is required.
Short- was for the derivatives department. Employer reached out to me and assumed I knew everything about derivative markets. I asked what the role was from the beginning and was told not to worry because they would teach me everything.
Initial call with HR followed by 3 Teams interviews. Took quite a long time in between calls. All the people were very nice. Questions were a mix of behavioral and surface-level technicals. Nothing too hard.
