There is a phone screening, two panel interviews, then two more interviews/meetings w/ upper management. The first two panel issues are done first and on the same day, then they review afterwards and decide whether to move you forward. If you're accepted then you will get a call within a week to schedule part three of the process.

Applied online. Got an email from a recruiter within a week. Scheduled phone interview for a couple of days later. Then had an in-person interview two days after phone interview. In-person interview focused on behavior questions. Had an offer extended via email within the week.
