I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Texas Children's Hospital (Houston, TX)
Interview
I was referred to the Assistant Director of Clinical Nutrition Services by my curent manager who knew I was looking for a new job (she was also leaving and didn't want to leave me high and dry). She asked if they were looking to hire a dietitian and in fact they were. I applied online and e-mailed my resume to the asst director. It took about 3-4 weeks before I got a call to schedule an interview. The interview itself was with a pnael of dietitians and the asst director. They were all nice, but it still felt a little intimidating.
