I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Texas Children's Hospital (Houston, TX) in Oct 2013
Interview
All behavioral questions--very structured interview. Mostly positive questions, maybe one negative (e.g., tell me about a time when a project you were leading didn't work out). I interviewed with several different people, and the only variation was in how long they spent on their questions vs. how long they left for my questions. One guy left 45 minutes of the interview for me to ask questions! Overall a great interview experience.
