Interview
Phone Screen, Panel Interview, and Leadership Interview. I could tell from the panel interview that they didn’t seem very invested in my candidacy. I was allowed to move onto the next round of interviews because they “wanted to have a handful of candidates for leadership to evaluate.” In the leadership interview, I was given a hard stop after 30 minutes because one of the 2 directors had another meeting to go to right after. The 2nd director (who would have been my boss) was 15 minutes late and seemed uninterested when I spoke.
