Interview
It takes a while for a recruiter to get back to you, but after than the process was pretty straight forward. They invite you to the campus to do an in-person interview and ask you typical questions.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Texas Health Resources (Bedford, TX) in Dec 2021
Interview
I interviewed with the director of behavioral health in Bedford, Tx. He said he was going to email in a couple days for the panel interview but never did until I emailed his assistant and he mistake me for another candidate. I responded to his email and he did not respond once again until I email his assistant. After 2 weeks he emailed me my availability for a panel interview. I email right back and never heard from him again and my application was later withdrawn. I feel I was purposely ghosted because I even called his personal phone and left a voicemail that was never responded to. I think in the end it was a blessing not to work for someone like that director.
