Interview with manager first, then a group interview with staff where individuals were all able to ask me questions. Lots of nurses came to the interview and asked thoughtful questions.

Submitted my application online and was contacted to schedule an interview. Interview consisted of two panels, one was the leadership team and the second was a peer panel. Each interview was 30 minutes and they were done back to back.
