Texas Mutual Insurance Company Project Manager interview questions

There were two phone screenings first with an HR representative and then with two project managers. The first call from HR was a typical professional screening. The second phone screening was very short and not very serious. One of the two callers did not even participate. There were no real questions during the second interview. I immediately got the feeling that they already had someone for the role and were appeasing HR by calling.
