I went through an ordinary on-line process for application; quite a few pages that resulted in the equivalent of a resume with full work history, not very elegant but all right. After this I was contacted by email and given an interview date and a programming challenge or test to complete beforehand. The test was about programming approach plus unit testing; suitable for assessing skills, and fun. There was no feedback about this afterward. The interview was with 5 people who went round, each giving me a question. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. Questions were ice-breaker/personal (light, of course), skills, temperament and work style, sense of one's own strengths and weaknesses. I received a good impression of the ethics, morale and savvy of this team.
