Initial phone interview and then a "final" in-person interview with 2 members of the team on-site at the HR building at TX State in San Marcos. What was disappointing was that I was told in person that there would be a decision by end of the week I interviewed, but in reality, I did not hear back until almost a week and a half later with a generic automated rejection email. With any in-person interviews, it would be a nice courtesy to at least have the recruiter give some initial feedback as to the reasoning of not moving forward. This just amplifies the negative stigma of recruitment not caring or taking the time to deliver some sort of feedback. I guess I expected more from TX State.
