Interview
The interview process started on a phone call to investigate my interest for the position. Then I was invited for a campus interview. The campus interview last a day long. It started with a breakfast with two faculties. Then, I met with the department head. After, I had a presentation to faculty members. The lunch included informal interview to discuss opportunities for collaboration. The last interview (talk) was with the dean. The next day, I had a phone call from the dean for the offer.

Very collegial, friendly, respectful interview process over Zoom. Long wait (2 months) to find out the result of the search, but everyone was great in the process. Lots of excellent information provided in interview.

It was a fake recruitment process. They already had the person for the position they have opened. Just make sure you are not wasting your time.
I don't have any more to say, I think that opening a recruitment process just to guarantee a position of a person that is already inside is very dishonest with those that make an effort to compete for employment.
