It was formal, where they asked behavioral questions about me. There were three interviews. The first one being the executive assistant and the others added senior staff to the interview. The interview was not very difficult. They asked a lot about myself and how I ended up at tech, then they wanted to know what experience I had in the field that would pertain to working as a student assistant
