Submitted resume and cover letter to boss, and got a phone call on an interview process. Simple interview in a very professional manner, with easy to answer questions, after the interview, it was two-three weeks before I heard anything. After that, I was asked for several references to call from previous employers. After the reference check, I sent examples of my previous work as a writer. Then two weeks later I got a phone call that I had received the position.
