Received an email to schedule a phone interview to check for availability and interest for the position. Interview varies with the professor. The interview lasted between 30 mins and 1 hour, being purely technical with no behavioural questions. Based on previous experiences and skills acquired at previous positions. Most of the questions were based on experience with specific techniques and knowledge to instrumentation required for the postdoctoral position. Last questions were focused on career interest and future availability for the position.
