I have applied for job student assistant in hospitality services. Had one on one interview. He asked what experience I had, how will I manage if some customer gets angry, how you treat your customers. Do you want to work for just one semester or entire year.

It was a very simple interview process. Pretty much no questions were asked, it was mostly just banter. I received a tour of the working facilities and was introduced to the staff.

The interview experience was remarkably positive, as the interviewers displayed a welcoming and empathetic demeanor towards students. It was not only easy but also enjoyable, thanks to their straightforward yet engaging questioning approach.
Smooth, nothing crazy. I wouldn’t consider it an interview, it was more like a conversation. Everyone was kind and relaxed and was knowledgeable about the role and process andwhat experience I would gain
