The interview process was very simple just one round face to face with three member of the IT team, not much of the technical questions. One guy was focusing on technical skills and other the director and associate director were keep asking about general skills

The process was easy- I was contacted within a week of applying online. We first did a skype interview since I was in Dallas, and did an in person interview when I arrived in lubbock. I got an offer within the next few hours after my in person interview.

A couple of rounds. No dragging, they shoot questions based on stuff related to job requirements. If you got 80% of skills mentioned in the job description, go ahead and apply and lead a peaceful life.

I was invited to go on campus at Texas Tech. My host was very nice and took me around town. I also had the chance of meeting other 7 candidates. The interview process was formal OPE style with 3 interview sessions.
