It was an interesting process. Interview was based on some database concepts and discussion about the projects I have done.. It was a telephonic interview and then skype interview. I was notified about my selection through email.

Two interviews, one with chair and a second one with the research professor. Both went well and they explained the expectations and university culture at Texas Tech University. I would recommend doing some research ahead of the interviews to be prepared.
