The Interview Process went for Half an Hour and I was interviewed by a 4 member team.The interview was average and they tested my SQL and web technology background.Since it is a Graduate Assistant position,previous work experience is not mandatory but an add-on skill.They mainly test if we have the technical knowledge and willingness to learn.

The process was easy- I was contacted within a week of applying online. We first did a skype interview since I was in Dallas, and did an in person interview when I arrived in lubbock. I got an offer within the next few hours after my in person interview.

A couple of rounds. No dragging, they shoot questions based on stuff related to job requirements. If you got 80% of skills mentioned in the job description, go ahead and apply and lead a peaceful life.

Interview
I was invited to go on campus at Texas Tech. My host was very nice and took me around town. I also had the chance of meeting other 7 candidates. The interview process was formal OPE style with 3 interview sessions.
