Textron had a pretty standard interview process. They asked about my previous technical experience and mechanical aptitude, but the majority of the interview was behaviorally based. They wanted to know about projects I had worked on (did I work on my own car, have I been around farm equipment, how well do you understand aircraft, have you ever built a model aircraft, etc). The interviewers were extremely kind and personable. Overall, it was a relatively easy interview (will be for anyone with the right credentials) and felt productive.
I had an interview 2 days after meeting a recruiter at a career fair and had a job offer 4 days after the interview. Be aware that Textron hires interns extremely early - I had a job offer before any of the other engineers in my program.
