Quick on-demand process. It was only a one stage interview for my specific position. The interview was about ten questions and they gave a few retakes for each question. Overall, the process was not too difficult and it was a pretty standardized experience.
The interview process at Textron Aviation for the summer internship was a completely online process. Interview questions were prerecorded by someone at HR, and you film your video response. Two tries were allowed.
