Textron Aviation Structures Engineer interview questions

There was an online interview where questions appeared on the screen and you recorded your answer via your webcam which they watched later. Then about a week later, received an email from my manager to set up a phone interview. From his tone, it sounded like he had already made up his mind before beginning the interview and we mostly talked about previous work listed on my resume
