I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Textron (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2012
Interview
Applied online. Brought me in for on-campus interview. The interview process was honestly insulting. The interviewer asked me basic info (age, location preference, major), explained the position to me, then asked when I would be available for a second interview later that day. I told him, yet never received call.

Question 1
Nothing; litterlay not one technical or behavior question...I have no idea what their strategy is/was
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Textron in Jan 2011
Interview
Textron's interview process is very straight forward and not at all difficult. I went through two rounds in the same day. The first was a one on one interview and the second interview consisted of two other people. Both interviews asked the exact same behavioral questions. They clearly were just seeing if you can fit well within the company and trust that you have the basic skills necessary to complete your job.
