Interview
Talked to the recruiter at my school's career fair. Was given an interview the next day on campus. The interview was very relaxing as it was conducted by a recent alumni from my school. Basically asked you a bunch of behavioral questions and went over your resume. Was told to apply for the actual position online after the interview. Never heard back from them although my application on their website still says pending.
