Interview
I had a phone interview for about an hour before they offered to fly me to Augusta Georgia for the next stage. When I got there, they provided a rental car and hotel room. I had a one day visit to the site, where they provided a tour and 4 30 minute interviews with various managers.

They asked a lot of questions about me and my past experiences. They also had a short technical review segment where they quizzed me on some general engineering and manufacturing concepts.
They explained the role in an honest and profession way at the time I applied and had the interview. The role focused on manufacturing and assembly in a plant enviroment.

The initial test was a multiple choice questions based on different manufacturing processes.
The technical round focused on assembly, drafting, and standards.
The HR interview was a personal interview on career development and growth
The final interview was with the technical manager.
